The view is frontal and shows the initial lift (performed as a any safe full deadlift would be performed) followed by two straightleg lifts.
The weight shown is 330Lbs (150K) although this weight should only be approached at a certain bodyweight, after a propper warm-up and as part of a well structured strength conditioning cycle.
