Muay Thai Boxing training is likely to change your lifestyle like it did to many of us. If you are ready for that change then you can trespass new barriers through this worldwide famous martial art.
A Muay Thai Boxing session will typically include a warm up round (around 10 minutes) 3 to 4 technique rounds, 2 to 3 defensive rounds, 1 to 3 conditioning rounds and a quick streching routine at the end.
All levels are welcome, and no danger will upcome from practicing this discipline unless you personally want to upgrade to sparring sessions.
